Abstract: Longtime shooting guard Victor Oladipo is on the move again. The NBA All-Star just sold his star-studded Miami Beach home for $9 million, a record price for a non-waterfront home in the local Hibiscus Island and Isle of Palms.

In July, Oladipo was traded by the Miami Heat to the Oklahoma City Thunder for the fifth time in his 10-year career in the league.

Back in 2021, he sold one of his Orlando homes for $1.8 million (with an amazing shoebox!) . He bought the house after being drafted by the Magic in 2013.

His most recent sale, however, has people tsk-tsking. Hibiscus Island is an upscale residential neighbourhood in Miami Beach, popular with Hollywood stars and professional athletes. Here's a look at Oladipo's former mansion.

Nestled on a spacious corner lot, Oladipo's seven-bedroom home encompasses nearly 6,500 square feet and features an angular, contemporary design. Vaulted ceilings greet you at the entrance, and massive sliding doors create a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Custom cabinetry, a gorgeous stone island, and luxury appliances by Wolf and Thermador round out the kitchen.

Meanwhile, two walk-in wardrobes, a sitting area, wrap-around balcony, and a beautiful bathroom make the master suite a lush paradise.

The luxury continues outside, where there's plenty of space for sunbathing, entertaining, and taking a dip in the pool or spa tub. In addition, the Hibiscus Island community offers a wealth of amenities for its residents. There is a water park, tennis courts, basketball courts, and playgrounds.

The residences even come with guesthouses for visitors who want to stay for a while.

Privacy and safety are also paramount thanks to a gated system with 24-hour security.

A two-time All-Star, Oladipo began his career with the Orlando Magic in 2013 and has since moved around the NBA. His most recent experience with the Thunder was actually his second with the Thunder - he played with OKC during the 2016-2017 season.

Oladipo is represented by Liz Hogan of Compass and the buyer is represented by Americore Intl. Real Estate.
