The famed singer-songwriter and former member of boy band 'N Sync has listed 127 acres of land in Franklin, Tennessee for a whopping $10 million.
But what's even more shocking is that Timberlake paid just $4 million in 2015 when he purchased the land, located about 22 miles south of Nashville. That's right, he was ready to profit.
This particular spot, located in the village of Leipers Fork, is dotted with wooded trails, stone walls and open pastures.
The Dobbins Branch Brook babbles through the land and it has two entrances - one with a covered bridge and the other more suitable for larger vehicles.
There are three different hilltops that overlook the property and the valley from high above. Privacy is assured as there are only a few large parcels in the vicinity that border this one. Potential development of this land is limited due to a conservation agreement from the State Land Trust.
However, outdoor recreation may be the name of the game for anyone looking to purchase these fields and trails. Endless hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking, fishing and hunting await the new owner of this land.
Timberlake isn't the only big-name property owner in these Tennessee woods - Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban, Trisha Yearwood, Tim McGraw, and Faith Hill are among its celebrity residents.
A native of Memphis, Tennessee, Tim Black has enjoyed a highly successful solo career since joining NSYNC. The 42-year-old is a three-time Super Bowl halftime performer and has won numerous awards, including 10 Grammy Awards (out of 39 nominations). He is also an accomplished actor, having appeared in such films as Bad Teacher, The Social Network and Inside Llewyn Davis.
