Abstract: Zach LaVine is a shooting guard for the Chicago Bulls, but it's easy to see why the 28-year-old is keeping an off-season home in Issaquah, Washington. After all, he grew up and went to high school in the area.

The All-Star has now changed direction, listing his luxury cottage-style home in a Seattle suburb for $2.25 million.

Lavin purchased the four-bedroom, four-bathroom, 4,100-square-foot home on a tree-lined 1.4-acre lot for $1.69 million in 2019.

Built in 2014, the home is fenced and surrounded by lush landscaping and rolling lawns - the type the Emerald State is known for.

Although it is nearly a decade old, it looks as good as new and probably better.

"The quality of workmanship and detail is incredible. New homes these days rarely have so many extras such as custom built-in bookshelves, pass-through bars with wine coolers and buffets," says Jen Cameron of The Seattle Agency." It is truly a haven of tranquillity."

The home features luxurious finishes throughout, including recently refinished hardwood floors, slab quartz countertops, vaulted ceilings and French doors. There are also three modern fireplaces: one in the living room, one in the family room and another in the main suite.

This luxurious master bedroom is also full of extra features.

As well as a cosy fireplace, it includes clear views through multiple windows, a walk-in wardrobe, and a Zen-inspired bathroom with a double shower and vanity, and a dressing area.

The spacious kitchen is also a highlight, with professional-grade Viking appliances, a wine cooler, walk-in pantry, and a large island with a prep sink.

The 28-year-old LaVine made his NBA debut with the Minnesota Timberwolves in 2014 when he was a teenager.

He was traded to the Chicago Bulls in 2017 and became a fixture in the Windy City. He was named an All-Star in 2021 and 2022 and won a gold medal on Team USA in the 2020-21 Tokyo Olympics.
