The ultra-luxurious building in the heart of the Sunshine State's Gold Coast finally has a new owner - and he's snagged a bargain here.
A year ago, James was hoping to sell the 11,500-square-foot, six-bedroom, 10-bathroom mansion for nearly $20 million. But the gorgeous property eventually changed hands for $12.67 million. James bought the new building for $14 million in 2021.
Renovated and reconfigured by local firm Randall Stofft Architects, the home is a modern and comfortable waterfront showpiece. Multiple doors swing open to reveal a gorgeous terrace view of the pool and water.
Beautifully landscaped and walled for privacy, this tranquil spot has all the amenities and whistles - lift, guesthouse, games room, bar and wine cellar.
Outside there is a salt water pool, spa, and an open air kitchen with plenty of space to relax.
The kitchen offers a double island and a breakfast nook, and the living area has a gas fireplace for cooler evenings.
The main suite has its own gas fireplace, a balcony, space for a home office, a walk-in closet, and a huge marble bathroom.
In addition to his long-running role in "King of Queens", James is also known for his work in the TV series "Kevin Can Wait" and roles in films such as "Paul Blart: Mall Cop" and "Home Team". He is also touring as a stand-up comedian, with dozens of shows scheduled across the country in 2023.
