Abstract: Houston Astros All-Star third baseman Alex Bregman is looking to sell his luxury Houston penthouse for $3.325 million.

The penthouse is more than 3,900 square feet with three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It is one of four penthouses in the luxury Giorgetti Tower complex.

Gorgeous, modern lines and 12-foot ceilings add a cool vibe to this residence in the city's River Oaks neighbourhood.

City life is right outside the window, and the long windows on one side of the residence show it off in all its glory. The open layout provides easy access to the dining room and kitchen from the spacious living room.

The kitchen is equipped with a huge island, Gaggenau appliances and Italian quartz countertops.

The den, which can be used as a home office, is open to the main room but can be separated by pocket doors.

The long lawn-covered balcony runs the length of the penthouse and there is a large gas grill on the balcony. The master bedroom has two walk-in wardrobes, a private balcony and an exquisite bathroom with two sinks and a deep soaking tub.

The home also comes with a three-car garage and storage space. In addition, the building offers all the amenities you would expect - a fitness centre, dog spa, exercise area, meeting room and hot and cold pools.

Bregman was a standout collegiate baseball player at LSU and was a two-time All-American.

He was drafted in the second round by the Astros in 2015 and made his major league debut a year later. Since then, he has been a big part of the Astros' postseason success and helped the team win World Series titles in 2017 and 2022.
